Then a new company as SIMAR INFRASTRUCTURES LIMITED was floated and was incorporated on 11^th November 2009 with CMD as Mr. Jaswinder Singh.

LOOKING INTO BUSINESS AVENUES IN NIGERIA, WE HAVE RECENTLY FORMED SIMAR ENGINEERING SOLUTION NIGERIA LTD. (SPV of SIMAR INFRASTRUCTURES LTD.) IT IS ALREADY REGISTERED IN NIGERIA WITH CHAIRMAN AS MR. JASWINDER SINGH. We are already executing jobs in Senegal and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
